I booked a flight through vayama it was mostly fine. The price caught my attention because it was lower than what I was seeing on a couple other sites, and the confirmation showed up quickly, which I always worry about for some reason. Booking flights already makes me overthink everything, but this part went smoothly.

The only thing that bugged me was the extra fees kind of showing up later in the process. Maybe I missed something, maybe they could’ve made it clearer, but by the time I got to the end the total was a little higher than I expected. I still think I saved some money, so not a bad experience, just definitely slow down and read the details before you hit pay.

I had to cancel my flight and, i was a little worried about how the refund would go. But Vayama handled it well. It took a bit, you know, not instant or anything... but the money did come back, and I didn’t really have to keep chasing them for it
