"Payment went through fine, right?"
I paid quickly and didn’t run into any issues. Everything seemed to go through fine on my end, so I think it’s all set?

"Good deal, but keep an eye on the fees"
I booked a flight through vayama it was mostly fine. The price caught my attention because it was lower than what I was seeing on a couple other sites, and the confirmation showed up quickly, which I always worry about for some reason. Booking flights already makes me overthink everything, but this part went smoothly.

The only thing that bugged me was the extra fees kind of showing up later in the process. Maybe I missed something, maybe they could’ve made it clearer, but by the time I got to the end the total was a little higher than I expected. I still think I saved some money, so not a bad experience, just definitely slow down and read the details before you hit pay.

"Refund showed up sooner than expected"
I had to cancel my flight and, i was a little worried about how the refund would go. But Vayama handled it well. It took a bit, you know, not instant or anything... but the money did come back, and I didn’t really have to keep chasing them for it

"Last-minute flight change went smoothly"
I had to change my flight at the last minute and was a little stressed about it :/ But vayama got it sorted faster than I expected! The updated details came through by email, and everything matched up perfectly at the airport. Smooth experience for me :)

"I had a question after I booked..."
I had a question after I booked and reached out to support. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without turning it into a whole thing. I was totally calm the entire time, obviously, but it was nice to have it handled so easily.

"Good deal for my trip"
I booked this mainly because the fare was cheaper than the other options I was seeing, it worked out fine for what I needed. There weren’t any big problems or surprises, which is really all I was hoping for since I just wanted to get from one place to another without paying too much. Nothing super fancy, but the price was good and the trip went smoothly enough, so I’d say it was a solid choice.

"Nice having someone actually pick up"
I called them a while back — I want to say it was sometime last month, maybe the month before, and got help quickly. It was just nice to talk to a real person on the phone instead of getting stuck in some endless support loop.

"Best price I found after checking around"
I compared a few options before booking, and this was the cheapest fare I could find. If you're shopping around, I'd definitely suggest checking this one before paying more somewhere else.

"Chargeback issue was handled faster than I expected"
When I noticed a chargeback issue on my card, I pretty much assumed it was going to turn into one of those long back-and-forth situations. That’s usually how these things seem to go, so I was already expecting a headache.

I reached out to Vayama, and to my surprise, they got back to me quickly. They explained what had happened and gave me the details I needed to pass along to my bank, which made the whole thing feel a lot less confusing.

There was still a bit of waiting involved, but nothing too crazy. In the end, it all got cleared up, it went better than I had assumed it would. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

"Booking was fine for me"
I booked through Vayama and it went fine for me. I got the ticket email quickly, and when I checked with the airline, the details matched. Not sure if there was anything else I was supposed to look at, but from my side there weren’t any weird issues

"Helpful support for my international flight"
I booked an overseas flight and somehow ran into a small issue with the names on the reservation. Support got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making it a whole ordeal. I remember I was sitting there eating a weirdly dry blueberry muffin while waiting for the reply, so I was extra relieved when it was handled fast. Overall, I’m happy with how it went.

"Clear enough, though I still double-checked"
I got the booking confirmation and the details were easy to find, which was good. I still went back over everything a couple of times because these emails can be where mistakes slip through, but it all looked correct.

"Baggage info checked out"
Not sure about the rest of the booking stuff, but the baggage allowance they showed was exactly what they had for me at the airport, so that part was right.

"Got my tickets REALLY fast"
I booked my flight on vayama.com and, not gonna lie, I was a little nervous right after I paid.

But the ticket showed up in my email quickly, probably within a few minutes. It had the booking code and all the airline details, so I could check everything right away.
No problems for me this time. It was a simple booking and the ticket was issued FAST, which was exactly what I needed

"Fair play, they sorted it quickly"
I had a problem with my booking details and messaged Vayama thinking I’d probably be waiting ages. To be fair, they got back to me the same day and sorted it out without making the whole thing a hassle. It was a relief, and I appreciate the support team for handling it properly...
